Are you ready to come home?

Making the Body a Home's e-learning platform designs courses that empower people who wish to unlearn and heal from racist conditioning. Many of the ideas, beliefs, behaviors, and actions we are taught, come from a white colonialist worldview. 

 Over time, this conditioning can impact the minds, spirits, and bodies of Black, Indigenous, and people of color. It can also impact the minds, spirits, and bodies of white folks. If Black, Indigenous, and people of color can internalize messages about racial inferiority; then white folks can internalize messages about racial superiority. 

Making the Body a Home is working to change this.
